As I did not feel comfortable at my former workplace, and the working hours and environment were more favourable at Bekomold, I decided to change. It was not easy at the beginning, because \u2013 experience or not \u2013 you do not come across machines like this anywhere else, and a lot of things were new to me, but luckily, the management sent me to Switzerland for a special training course shortly after I had joined.<br \/>\nGradually, I was able to do more and more with the machines, I got to know the products better and better, and I slowly got used to this special profession. All my childhood, I wanted nothing more than to fit and assemble things. It was obvious to my parents that I should be trained as a car mechanic. I loved fitting and assembling, but I thought I could do better as a mechanical engineer, so I went to college. The road to CNC came by chance, at the insistence of one of my teachers, but in hindsight I do not regret drifting in this direction. As a technologist, I saw an opportunity to combine my engineering approach with my previous workshop experience. That is how I became a technology team leader. The greatest expectation of us technologists is that we should understand the work of another professional as much as they do. This is often not the case, as each manufacturing segment is a separate profession. We are not superheroes, but if we can get everyone involved and talking, together we can always find the best solution.<\/p>\n<p>I love my job, every day goes by without me even noticing that my working hours are over. What I still like about this job is that it is varied and \u201ccolourful\u201d, with always something new to do. I am happy to do it every day, I feel good here and what is very important is that I am surrounded by a good company of people I like to work with, and we understand each other well. I have improved my communication skills a lot since I started working here; as a technologist, I have to coordinate and communicate effectively with many areas.<\/p>\n<p>There have been several experiences during my time at the company that I remember fondly, such as team-building events and joint activities, of which table tennis and foot tennis were my favourite ones.
